The service department is horrible!
I'm not sure even where to start. I bought a 2018 from Jim Norton Broken Arrow on Aspen on April 2021 in August of 2021 the motor started knocking so I had it hauled in to the Jim Norton service department and after them having the truck for over 2 ½ months and not communicating with me I finally get it back and they tell me they put a new crate motor in it well I drive it for roughly 14,000 miles (using a certified mechanic keeping the oil changed)and the motor starts doing the same thing so I take it back in and they tell me they will get right on it and let me know what's going on asap, well after a week of not hearing anything and after leaving multiple messages for them to call me back they tell me that the motor is bad and they are going to have to put a new motor in it so about 3 1/2 weeks pass and they say its ready to pick up and when I went to pick it up the check engine light was on so I tell them and they say it is because I need a new battery well I go buy a new battery from O'Reillys auto parts and put it in and drive it ½ mile down the road and the light comes back on and it's still running rough so I call back up to Jim Norton and they say bring it back so I did and then they have it another 2 weeks without getting in touch with me and letting me know anything then they finally call and say it's ready. Well I get the truck and drive it not even 2 weeks and the motor starts knocking and throwing oil everywhere (I hadn't even hardly got to drive it) so I call them back and they say bring it in so I do then Michael Graves that works in the service department has the nerve to ask me if I have been sabotaging the truck..why would I try and tear up a truck that I dearly love just for it to be in the shop more than I have had it home. Well 9/25/23 I call and ask if they have an update on it and they say it's ready to pick up so I leave work early and go to pick it up and there is a big oil spot under it so I crawl under the truck and there is fresh oil dripping all from all around the oil pan and I start it it up and the engine is still making a ticking noise..needless to say I had to leave the truck and head home yet again. I hate it but I'm to the point that I will be having to take legal action. I have talked to 7 different people that has had bad experiences with Jim Norton BA and I will say this as nice as I know how...Ya'll Suck!!
