Service department followed procedures outlined by JJC and was polite. My question was how many issues need to be reported on the Driver side door lock on Aveo's have to be reported before it is a recall? I paid the bill of almost $80.oo (cost for estimate) to find out a bolt on the inside of the door lock came loose. No broken parts not repairs needed. This is my first Chevy not sure what to think.
