Gene said the experience was good, but he has an off road vehicle with more than the usual number of grease points. He said he mentioned this to the manager so he could let the technician know and later on he verified with the manager a couple of times that the technician would know about the 20 grease points. He said after he picked his vehicle up many of the grease points had not been serviced. He went back and the technician seemed sour. He said he asked the technician why he was upset and the technician said he doesn't like it when vehicles he's worked on come right back. He said he told the technician that he didn't want to have to come back either. He showed the technician that the grease points hadn't been serviced. The technician apologized and conceded that he wasn't used to working on off road vehicles. He said he explained to the technician that the manager had verified a couple of times that the grease points would be mentioned to the technician and he told the technician that Joel should be consulted if there is any doubt about it. The technician went ahead and serviced the points.
