Jill said the front right window wasn't working when she received the vehicle back. She wasn't satisfied with the courtesy and the professionalism of the personnel because when she mentioned the front right window wasn't working she was told it didn't work when the vehicle was brought in. Therefore, she had to go up the ladder, to the owner to get the window fixed.
