Pauline said she isn't happy with the overall experience because the repair was rushed and the business finished the vehicle a week early. She said she isn't completely satisfied with the quality of the body work because some of the pieces are missing under the hood and the hood vibrates when she drives on the freeway. There is a gap between the bed and the cab of the vehicle. She said the rear license plate was damaged, but it wasn't replaced and the air conditioner wasn't working when the vehicle was returned to her. She wasn't completely satisfied with the paint work because the person who painted the vehicle painted over nicks without taking care of the flaws beforehand. The exterior of the vehicle wasn't very clean and her 11 year old grandson could have done a better job with the carwash. She wasn't satisfied with the courtesy of the personnel because when she took the vehicle back in to have the air conditioner addressed, the person who assisted her tried to convince her that the air conditioner was blowing cold air. She said the business told her they would have the vehicle aligned, but they did not perform that repair. She wouldn't recommend the business based on this experience.

Ms Wesen scheduled apointment oct 18 so we could address her concerns.We corrected the items that she brought to our attention.completed the work on october 19 and Ms Wesen was satisfied.
