Spoke with Monique. She said they were satisfied with the service. Her vehicle was delayed 1 week, because they found additional damage, so it wasn't their fault. Craig tried really hard to accommodate them since they were going out of town. She chose not to evaluate the business appearance, because she didn't go there.
