Spoke with Ernie. Ernie said the representatives performed a real nice job with the quality of the body work. He was satisfied with everything from the insurance company, to the body work, to the employees. The repair service was promised to be completed within 10 days, however it was completed within 7 days. As a result, the timeliness was very nice, and it was very good. The appearance of the place of business is nice, and it is kept up very nice too. It is a good business. The representatives performed excellent workmanship, and he hasn't been disappointed with any of their repair services. He was very pleased with his overall experience with the business.
