Ron said he questioned the payments made by the business. He said he agreed to a certain amount. He went and confirmed it with the insurance and got that amount. Next time he went back the amount of the repairs were doubled. The business said they confirmed the estimate with the insurance company already without him. He said he feels the environment of the business is a little too laid back for him. There was one spot left on the vehicle.
