Patty said the repairs took 1 day longer than expected, but she chose not to elaborate on the reason for the delay. They did call her the day the vehicle was supposed to be ready, but did not make the call until 4:00 pm. The business closes at 5:00 pm. She was at work so she was unable to pick up the vehicle until the next day.
