NEVER AGAIN
First they told me my car needed some fixing and it would be between $150-$300. I was told my car would be done Saturday afternoon. When I called, there was no answer. When I drove by there at 12:30 (they said they were open till 2:00) the place closed up. After sending a nasty email, I did get me car back by the next day. I took it somewhere else where they told me my sensor was unplugged and plugged it back in for me for free. Like I said... NEVER AGAIN.

First, I am glad to hear that the repair to your vehicle has been completed elsewhere to your satisfaction. I completely understand the response to your situation with us at Kerner's and would have personally responded the same way had it happened to me. We pride ourselves on great customer service and I hope you can see that in the other reviews posted here online. I take your negative expierience very seriously and have taken the necessary steps to insure that this cannot happen again. Please accept our apology for the poor expierince that you had at Kerner's.
