Lease buyout
My experience was very poor and I later found out that the dealership did not offer me the two options available, one is to buy the car from Ally and he other (one they did) is to buy it from Kirkland GMC. The way BG did the transition not only cost me more money, it is going to take 3 to 12 weeks to get my title. If they would have done the purchase directly through Ally, I would have received the title in 3 to 5 days.

Very disappointing to say the least...
