Personable, Professional, Efficient
Gwen at the service desk and the gentleman who drives the shuttle were great! However, I gave 3 stars b/c I did't get to speak directly with the mechanic, which I think is key when considering major maintenance. I didn't agree or feel confident with the diagnosis. Additionally the pricing was outrageous! The little work I had done I believe I was overpriced. I should have done more research. I won't say I won't come back it's just it wouldn't be my first choice for regular maintenance. Just Too Expensive.
