Spoke with Robert. He said after picking up his vehicle from the business, he noticed his windshield had paint over spray on it. He also noticed his vehicle wobbles at 45 miles per hour. His vehicle was delayed by 5 days. He said he had to call the business to get a status report. He would have liked for them to call him. He stated that due to this experience he would not recommend them.

Akram said this business was excellent and everything was perfect. It was hard to convince the insurance company to pay for the damage on her vehicle. She was disappointed because it took them two months to address the problem. They did not want to pay attention to her claim and she was not satisfied with them at first. Then they telephoned her and let her know they would pay for the damage. She would definitely recommend this business to friends and anyone that needs repairs. They are more expensive than other facilities.

Margaret said they took the vehicle to the business three times and the paint job is still not right. There is paint on the bumper. Her husband took a taxi and the taxi had left or he would not have accepted the vehicle the way it was. They also had a rental vehicle at the expense of the business and he had returned it but the vehicle still was not right. She said they are not happy and they do not know how this is going to be resolved but they will not go back. It has been very inconvenient for them. She would not recommend them to others because of the reasons mentioned.

John said the business did not hook the back windshield wipers up and they broke the latch on the tailgate. They have ordered a new latch and will call him when it arrives. The repairs took an extra day but he never asked why there was a delay nor did the business offer an explanation.

Shaun said this business took about a month and a half to fix his vehicle. He was not happy with the communication between him and the business, he was not informed as much as he liked. He has not seen his car yet because he is out of town. From what people have told him, there are blemishes on it and the paint job does not look good. There are many reasons for the delay of his vehicle being ready. They had to send it to a different business to change the lights and there was a delay on parts. The other parties insurance company took a long time to decide if they would pay for the repairs. They were not paying for two parts he would have liked them to pay for. Due to this experience he would not recommend them.

Angela said she is very pleased with the service work they did on her vehicle. They were really professional and did a phenomenal job. They finished 2 days sooner than promised. The insurance company communicated by fax with the business and had everything prepared so she did not have to do anything.
