Spoke with David. David said the overall experience was poor. The panel isn't straight and it's wavy, and the paintwork was done poorly. In addition, the vehicle wasn't repaired to his satisfaction on the first visit because of everything noted above. The vehicle was delayed 4-5 days but Vicki wasn't given a reason for the delay. In addition, he wasn't satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel because the staff wasn't truthful.
