Elizabeth said the business forgot to put an unspecified big part on, which was cracked and fell off. They had it on the estimate, but not on the to do list. When she picked up her vehicle she spoke with them about it and had to bring her vehicle back the next day to take care of it. She chose not to elaborate on how much longer it took. She stated she felt the business should have got it done the first time. She would not recommend this business due to the reason mentioned.
