Alexander said the customer service was great. The people are awesome and very nice. He is not completely satisfied with the body work because there is a plastic piece that sticks out on the left side of his rear bumper. His tires look as if they got paint on them and they tried to clean it off. They left some cleaning spray in the trunk of his vehicle. He said he was not completely satisfied with the way the insurance company handled his claim because he had to pay the deductible, but he does not think the accident was his fault and his insurance rate went up. He was satisfied with the communication and the repairs.
