Jazmin said she got her vehicle back two weeks late because her insurance company wouldn't let this business put new parts in her vehicle, so they had to order used parts and some of them were hard to find. The delay was her insurance company's fault. This business did not repair her vehicle to her satisfaction on the first visit. After she picked her vehicle up the used radiator they installed blew up and they had to order and install a new radiator. She was happy she got the new radiator. She wasn't satisfied with the way her insurance company handled her claim because they insisted on having used parts installed.
