Spoke with Aaron. He said his vehicle was ready 1 and a half weeks later than promised and he does not know why. He was not completely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel because they gave him his vehicle back without the spare tire on the back. The business told him to go to Les Schwab to get his spare tire and when he was there he realized the cover was still at the business. The business wanted him to drive back there to get his spare tire cover but he refused to do anymore of their errands for them. He would not recommend this business to others because of the reasons already stated. The business asked if he wanted an update on his vehicle every couple of days but they never called. The business had a young man that worked driving around for them and he is the one that drove to him to bring him his spare tire cover. He is a good employee and was excellent.
