Katie said they were wonderful and totally amazing. Their follow up was really good. She mostly worked with a person named John. She's pretty sure that's his name. He was great. He got things speeded up. They thought they were going to have to order parts. He worked it out where they didn't have to. Everyone was so nice and very professional. She had been there before when it was Ken's. Her insurance company recommended them this time. She was pleased with everything.

Richard said he is not completely satisfied with the quality of the body work because the bumper is not up to snuff. He said it is wrinkled and the damage is visible. It needs to be buffed. The vehicle was returned as clean as it was when he dropped it off.

David said this business exceeded his expectations. They did some extra work for him and he is more than satisfied. He said he could show his vehicle to an expert and he is sure that the expert could not see where the vehicle had been worked on. He was never told how long the work would take, but it took just under two months for the vehicle to be ready because of parts and illnesses at this business. He said his vehicle was cleaner when they returned it than it was when it went in. He said the facility looks like they might need more room, but they look like they can do the job. His insurance company is top notch. It would be nice if most businesses were as professional and assured about their work as this business.

Zach said it took two days longer than promised to get an estimate for his vehicle and the business didn't advise him when the vehicle would be ready, he wanted to get more updates on what was going on with the estimate and the repair. The insurance company that handled his claim has a policy of offering a loaner vehicle for repairs only and not the estimate. He was without a vehicle for two days while they were working on the estimate. He needed a vehicle because his wife was nine months pregnant and didn't want to be without a vehicle at the time.
