Keri said she rated her overall experience with Kirmac Renton a 3 but chose to not elaborate on why. She stated she wasn't completely satisfied with the paint work performed because there is a spot on the trunk that was missed. Her vehicle was not repaired to her satisfaction on the first visit. Her vehicle was not returned in a clean condition because she asked the shop to throw everything out of the vehicle but they stuffed it in the back of the seat. She said the appearance of the place of business didn't meet her expectations because there is no air conditioning and it was really hot in there. She mentioned she would not recommend the facility to others because of all the mistakes the business made.
