Spoke with LaShawna. She said as far as her beautiful, finished vehicle goes, she loved it. Considering the fact that her vehicle is discontinued and Kia kept sending the wrong parts, the business did everything in their power to help. Because of parts, her vehicle was 3 weeks late. The personnel did not try to place blame, but she knows it was Kia's fault as she had issues with them before. The front desk lady, Laura, was nice, helpful, understanding and let her vent. A guy came rushing out to examine her check engine light. She was told 3 times that her vehicle would be ready, yet no one called to let her know. It would be better if they called her directly to say so, instead of her having to rely on information from the insurance company. After she mentioned it, they were very apologetic and nice. Everyone was very professional and nice. They did an outstanding job. She would definitely go back if needed.
