Spoke with Kim. She said she was satisfied with the experience and she appreciated Rocky Lam, who kept in regular contact with her to keep her informed about how the work was coming along. The customer service was very friendly. She said one of her doors doesn't shut all the way and they told her they could make adjustments to it and they let her know that it would not leak, but she did not have the time that day to wait. Her vehicle was much cleaner when she picked it up, but her windshield had some debris on it and when it rained it was hard to see.
