Jared said he is very upset that the customer service was horrible. He was told his vehicle would be ready at a certain time and when he got there it was not ready. He did not even receive a call so that he did not have to waste his time. He had to come back three times. He said the second time he came in the paint was bleeding through the primer. It took three weeks to get his vehicle and he's already talked to his insurnace company. They are working on getting this business' name off of their list. He said the insurance company doesn't want to be associated with a company that would treat their customers like that. He said he thought the technician should have been able to look at the vehicle and tell that the work wasn't done right. He will not recommend this business because of the way things went during this visit.
