Amos said this business did an excellent job. Samantha was helpful. There was an issue with Enterprise. They required a $50 deposit and said they could not refund it to him until Progressive insurance refunds them. Enterprise also asked him for three family referrals and he did not have three living family members to give them their names. He was also asked for a letter of his last address because he did not have a credit card. He said he felt the experience with Enterprise was a very bad experience.
