James said this business was amazing. They kept him informed and up to date about everything. They admitted their faults and had a great recovery plan. His vehicle looks brand new and very clean. He said he does not think the insurance company knew how to handle the rental vehicle situation. He is still waiting on the claims department to help him out with the rental vehicle.
