The staff was considerate to offer a credit option for my service charges.
I was able to receive fast and quality service while I was at work. My only concern was the associate had advised multiple services before my final decision and I was charged for something I did not need; I was then told I would be credited for the mistake and I have not yet been credited. I also was not provided any additional information such as brochures on the warranty purchases I made.
