Tom Furey, my service advisor, keeps me completely informed of the vehicle's service progress as well as explaining everything that needs to be done to the vehicle. I know, upfront, what the costs will be so that there are no surprises on the back end. I hope Lake Norman keeps my Hyundai going for another 87,000+ miles!
