Andrew said a sloppy job was done. Even though he's okay with the repair, they failed to identify on some of the things which should have been checked. The turning signal didn't work right. However, it did get fixed. A panel inside keeps coming loose. They attempted to fix it, but it's still the same problem. Also, some chipped paint occurred on the passenger side trim moulding. There are some letters on the front bumper which they attempted to buff out. He asked if some chrome polish was used. It ended up being about 3 weeks longer to get his vehicle back and he didn't get a reason why along with no one taking responsibility for it. He's not sure if he's satisfied with the preparation of the estimate. The lady at the front desk was fine, but the other employees he dealt with didn't check for issues which should've been checked. He wouldn't recommend this business due to not paying attention to details.

Mr Cushman need look no further than his insurance company. His company prepared the repair estimate but 10 days after his truck arrived at our shop. His company dictated the parts (used)(another 8 days) and refused to replace the bumper with new. The door molding had been repainted including the chrome strip by an unknown party and chipping of chrome strip was a prior condition(insurance denied also). Mr Cushman was kept upto date on the repair and 2 issues in our control were corrected promptly. Turn signal bulb burnt out after vehicle was picked up and was replaced. Condenser filler strip repositioned and functioning as designed. We know he is happy with the work but unfortunately we don't control insurance decisions.
