I do think you overcharged for the glass and the time it took you to replace it.

Mr. Basset, We are required to agree to contracts with major insurance companies and they dictate the rates charged based on information provided to them by the NAGS (National Auto Glass Specifications). We are not permitted to charge any more or any less than the predetermined rates regardless of the actual amount of time that the job requires. Thank you, we really appreciate your business!
