Kevin said he had to return the vehicle twice to have the problem with the paneling resolved and then to have the steering alignment resolved. The vehicle was not ready when promised because on the day it was promised he arrived and was told the repair had not been completed. The vehicle had to be returned twice which was frustrating to him. He is not satisfied with the communication due to being called while driving to the facility to be told the repair had not been completed. He would not recommend them based on this visit.
