Edgar said his vehicle was damaged when it was stolen. He took the vehicle to the business to have the tailgate repaired and painted. The process was only to take one day but the business kept putting him off for two months. The situation was prolonged due to the estimator not being thorough and not including needed details. In the span of two months, the business only called him once.
