Spoke with Vanessa. She said they would not communicate with her. They told her they would call her, but they never did. There were issues with the rental vehicle from Enterprise, because the business would not give a date on when her vehicle would be completed. They did tell her that her vehicle would take 3 days and they completed the work 1 day later. She wasn't given a reason for the delay. She had to call for updates on her vehicle, and had to ask when would her vehicle be ready. They did not give her an explanation on what caused the delay. She noted they were very nice, but they did not communicate with her during the repair process.
