Bertha said she was not satisfied with the work done because it looked like they painted over the body damage. They gave her a promise date for one week but it took three weeks for them to complete the repairs. There was no follow up from the manager when she called to get a status on her vehicle. She expected the manager she spoke with to be able to answer her questions but he did not try to assist her. She was not satisfied with the service from this business and would not recommend them.
