Metriel said she's very upset at the way things went. The insurance company came out and gave two quotes and the insurance company wanted two more supplements and then they wanted more. The vehicle was ready on time after she dropped it off on February 4th she just got it back last week. The insurance company just needed the paperwork and this place of business would never fax the information. She did speak with the manager and he acted like he did not care and she is the one who had to pay for the rental. She will only come in for oil changes and nothing else and she will not recommend this place of business.
