Henry said this business was able to serve his vehilce in just 24 hours. The technician that handled his case, very easily handled his extended warranty from CarMax. The technician researched what was involved with the warranty and the work and then told him the problem and what the deductible would be. It worked out just fine. It was a seamless experience and they didn't take him through any changes. This business was recommended to him by CarMax. They should keep up the good work.
