Spoke with Michelle. She said she was not satisfied with the quality of the repair. There was a problem with the motor. The vehicle did not drive like it did before the repair. She had to go back three times to get the vehicle repaired properly. Her vehicle was not ready when promised and they did not say why. She chose not to elaborate on the length of the delay. They did not keep her informed during the repair process and she had to call them to get updated. They only called when the vehicle was done.
