Joe said the business did not communicate well and he requested an additional estimate, but the business did not follow up on it. He was not told when the vehicle would be ready. He called every other day and asked when the vehicle would be ready. The vehicle was at the business for 5 or 6 days. He said he requested an estimate for additional work on a leaking window and the business said they would call him. The business never called him about it. If they improve their communication they will be almost perfect.
