Liem said there were 2 visits. On the first visit, Liem noticed the workmanship was not complete because some bolts were missing. The vehicle was returned and on the second visit it was repaired to Liem's complete satisfaction. He complimented Francisco, his contact person, for his responsiveness when it was discovered the workmanship was not correct on the first visit.
