Reza stated he was not satisfied with the courtesy of his service advisor, Mike, because he did not seem 100 percent sure of what he was doing. People he has worked with in the past at this business have been much better about customer service. He was not completely satisfied with the quality of work performed because a day or two after he received his vehicle something was wrong with his brand new tire and he needed to pay $220 to have it replaced. He brought his vehicle in to this business to have his tires rotated and because there was a shaking when he would drive it on the freeway, they were able to fix the shaking problem. He does not understand what was wrong with his tire and this business has not been able to inform him what the problem was. He thinks it may have been the air pressure but he does not know for sure.

Our service advisor contacted Mr Motaghedi and apologized for any miscommunication. The service advisor again reviewed the repairs performed with the customer. Our advisor explained that the damage Mr Motaghedi received on his tire was from damage received from a road hazard. The tire showed that it had received damage from contact with a curb. We apologized to Mr Motaghedi but reiterated that this had nothing to do with his earlier request of having the tires balanced. The service advisor again apologized for any earlier miscommunication and thanked Mr Motaghedi for his business.
