James said that he wanted a specific color for the interior and exterior. They had to search for one to meet his wants, but it took a while to find and deliver. He was there at 9 am and they didn't get his vehicle delivered until 5 pm. He then stayed until 9 pm to finalize all the paperwork. They could have served him better by telling him how long it would take or rescheduling for the next day to finish the paperwork so he didn't have to stay there all day. He mentioned they did the best they could and they were very nice.
