Spoke with Lori W., Alex's mother. She said they were very pleased with Bill, their salesperson. About a week earlier, they weren't pleased with Vicki, because she wasn't as knowledgeable, but she was nice and personable. Lori requested to have something in writing about the Honda warranty and the extended warranty, so she wouldn't have to have a verbal agreement or carry her bill of sale in the vehicle. This issue affected the financing. She suggested they have something signed by this business to carry in the vehicle such as a warranty card. The interior detail could have been better, so they will look at that when she brings her vehicle in for two treatments, including a seal-a-jet treatment.
