Mohammad said the process took a long time. He said he thought the vehicle had new tires, but one of them needs to be replaced and they want to charge him $700 for it. This business can serve him better by fixing the tire for free because he was not told they would have to be dealt with separately.

He was extremely satisfied with the delivery of his vehicle. The sales staff followed up with him and it was perfect. When he was researching this business he found that the sales staff were not pushy, they were very professional. It was a wonderful, pleasurable buying experience.

Haifeng said he was completely satisfied with the handling of the financing, except for 1 issue. When he decided to purchase a vehicle, he wanted to purchase a vehicle, not finance a vehicle. However, the sales representative explained he would have to pay more money if he purchased his vehicle, instead of financing. He has a Costco membership, and as a result, it brought him to the business. Haifeng said he would like to speak with the sales representative regarding the monthly finance payment. He hasn't received his paper work yet. He would like to find out when he needs to make his first payment.

Spoke with Peter. He said he and George purchased this vehicle together. He stated he didn't rate their overall experience with this business higher, because the door edges were preinstalled, and they were misinformed about the alarm. They were told it wasn't a break-in alarm, and it is a break-in alarm. Peter commented the sales staff was pretty nice. Peter remarked their financial advisor was very nice, but it took longer than expected, and they were informed about too many add ons. He said this business could do a better job taping the temporary plate to the rear window, because the plate fell off. They could also serve them better by screwing the antenna on. Peter had to take the antenna out of the glove box, and screw it on, which wasn't a big deal.
