Gwendolyn said she didn't receive temporary plates or registration. She said she is wondering if she was supposed to have one. She would like to know and she would appreciate if someone could call her about it. She said her purchase experience was fantastic. This business couldn't serve her any better. They have nothing to change. It was great.

David said he was looking online. He went to Auto Trader. He hooked up with his salesperson Joe Bergess at this business. He did a great job. Lynnwood Honda was the first business he was going to. He had 5 or 6 other places he was going to go visit. After meeting with Joe and talking with him he decided he didn't have to go anywhere else. He answered all of his questions. David said he had a good experience there.

Spoke with Lori W., Alex's mother. She said they were very pleased with Bill, their salesperson. About a week earlier, they weren't pleased with Vicki, because she wasn't as knowledgeable, but she was nice and personable. Lori requested to have something in writing about the Honda warranty and the extended warranty, so she wouldn't have to have a verbal agreement or carry her bill of sale in the vehicle. This issue affected the financing. She suggested they have something signed by this business to carry in the vehicle such as a warranty card. The interior detail could have been better, so they will look at that when she brings her vehicle in for two treatments, including a seal-a-jet treatment.

Cameron said the assistance from the salesperson and the operation of the vehicle were good but there was dried grass on the rear of the outside of the vehicle. There is a three or four inch mark on the passenger seat that looks like a crayon. He will have them clean it when he returns to the business.

Mohammad said the process took a long time. He said he thought the vehicle had new tires, but one of them needs to be replaced and they want to charge him $700 for it. This business can serve him better by fixing the tire for free because he was not told they would have to be dealt with separately.
