Everywhere within the service area, you feel you are getting very personal service. People listen when you talk about your car problems, and make every attempt they can to be helpful.

The work was completed in the time frame we were told, and we loved that the service dept. also washed and vaccumed the car. Someone left a phone message for us when the car was ready, and we called back to leave a phone message, but were a little surprised not to get a reply. When we called back a second time, we got through and requested the shuttle pick us up, which it did just 10 minutes later. Appreciate the quick service and shuttle. We'd recommend the service department to a friend, but not the sales department. When we origially bought the car in March, 2012, 2e were very unhappy with the business manager's treatment of us and were almost ready to leave without the car.

Everyone was very helpful and gave clear and concise explanations. Overall, great experience.

It was ok, would like to see better service from the lead person. Follow up when car leaves shop is sloppy, had to push things along. Seems a little lacking on top notch commitment to detail. Twice my lead person has gone to lunch with a hitch in my service level.

I got my car serviced there for the first time and was so pleasently surprised that not all Honda delearships are equal! My car will now be serviced there from now on!
