Great response to my issue
I recently posted that I had an issue with my blower fan making noise under the dash for the past few times into Lynnwood Honda, and the last time I had been in they still said they didn't hear it. Well after that comment I received a call from my service agent asking to take care of the issue as soon as it was convenient to me. I brought my truck back in and they replaced the unit. I have to admit that they really did take care of me on this and I really do appreciate their effort on this matter. A big thanks to Ashley for great customer service as well.

Best Honda Dealer in the Puget Sound!
It's no wonder why they won Honda's highest award for customer service...THREE YEARS IN A ROW!...The service staff is friendly the work was done when the promised and the prices were very competitive. I think awesome is a word that best describes them.

I was disappointed in the service. I have always had outstanding service but my service was just OK. The scheduled service took longer than was estimated and the staff didn't seem as helpful as they have in the past.
