Masello's has treated me right. I've been looking for a trustworthy auto repair in Syracuse for some time and (after being referred by a friend) I think I have found that. Tony, the owner, seems to care as much for his customers as he does for the quality of his techs. I had some work done on a 100k+ vehicle and did not feel I was being sold unnecessary parts and repair. Refreshing to say the least. Will go back for sure… hopefully not too soon though!
