Brandon said this business had the vehicle longer than expected. It cost more than expected and his personal items were stolen out of his vehicle. This business did not want to replace it. The repair was not right because there were a few things not put on properly. They had his vehicle for two months. He was unsure of the reason for the delay. He was not satisfied with the person who prepared his estimate as a result. He was overcharged.
