Spoke with Jeanette. She said the business did a good job, but she isn't satisfied with the quality of the body work because the driver's side door doesn't close the same way the passenger's door does. She wasn't told when the vehicle would be ready. She said she was in the hospital when the vehicle was picked up and the cashier forgot to take the deductible from the person who went in on her behalf. As a result one of the staff members from the business called her and threatened to have the vehicle towed back to the business until the deductible was paid. Due to this she wasn't satisfied with the communication. She said she wouldn't recommend the business to others.
