Clyde said his vehicle was delayed an extra week because there was only one employee who was painting. He was not kept informed because they did not call him throughout the week. There was no estimate given because this business took care of the problem and he did not communicate with them. He was a bit irritated because his vehicle was under warranty but they kept saying it was not. They checked again to see if the vehicle was under warranty and they found out it was.
