Nita said this business usually does a good job, but this visit was not as good. Her vehicle was keyed and they said it was not. They kept her vehicle 8 days, but they could not match the paint. It is not the right shade. Then they kept the vehicle three more days. Her vehicle was not ready when promised. They kept changing the date for different reasons and there was a parts delay. The detail job was not good. The inside was not as clean as it should have been. She was not satisfied with the business' communication because she was told different things by different people. She would not recommend this business for the above reasons.
